UPSR: Strategies To Comprehend Weaker Student To Understand Their Reading (Collection of Questions)

Using a collection of questions below, teacher could use it to help weaker students to comprehend their reading and answering the questions.

Suggested strategy:

• Teacher guides the pupils to read the note / paragraphs / notice/ advertisement etc.
• Teacher asks WH questions.
• Pupils identify the key words
• The pupils complete the table using the key words
• The pupils fill in the blanks using the key word from the table
• Note: Not all WH questions are used at one time. It depends on situation.
